Multiple Natures Academy
Help people find work—and lives—that fit who they are.
For coaches, counselors, educators, people leaders, and anyone trying to understand why a capable person can thrive in one situation and struggle in another.

The problem MN helps you see
A person can be capable, committed—and still be badly matched to the life they are living.
The usual evidence may say everything is fine: strong results, the right qualifications, a respectable role. Yet one part of the work keeps taking too much, while another part makes the person unmistakably more alive.
Multiple Natures gives that difference a practical language. It helps you look at the contributions a person keeps moving toward, the capacities they can bring, and the situation in which both have to operate.
See it before we explain it
Choose a role. Look inside the title.
A teacher may live for the moment an idea lands, for protecting the room, or for bringing order to a difficult term. The title stays the same. The human pattern inside it does not.
The framework at a glance
MN looks at two parts of the person—and keeps the situation in view.

The point is not to put someone in a box. It is to see enough of the pattern to make a better conversation possible.
NatureTypes
When parts work together, the pattern has a name.
NatureTypes are names for what several Natures and Intelligences do together when one situation calls on them at once. The catalogue names more than 300. Here are four, with the parts each draws on.
